To begin with, I would just like to introduce you to the books that are currently on my read list. I will be posting my review of each of these books on their stated publish dates, or as soon as possible after. I have included the copy from the NetGALLEY catalogue describing each book.

Pancakes In Paris, Living The American Dream In France is classified as a source book as well as a biography/memoir, by Craig Carlson. It was published on September 1st, 2016.

Any expat knows the unique frustration of not being able to find American staples like peanut butter and pumpkin pie abroad. But thanks to Craig Carlson and his restaurant Breakfast in America, it’s now possible to get hearty pancakes and creamy milkshakes in the heart of Paris, the city of croissants and crepes.
