SUNDAY SIPPY-SIPPING

Okay, I know this isn't some fancy-shmancy $6/tablespoon tea. BUT that's fine. I'm just a simple girl that likes tea. And sometimes, heck, most of the time, I can, and DO, appreciate plain ole grocery store tea! Bring on the Red Rose!

This is my first time trying this tea, and I am quite enjoying it. While I usually do not enjoy peppermint tea (peppermint makes me sneeze uncontrollably), this tea is less harsh, thus providing for a more gentle overall mint experience. The flavour is crisp and fresh.

To me, the green tea here, while pleasant, seems to be here only for the purposes of carrying the mint. I don't know why I never thought to mix green and mint teas before. I've been a green tea lover since I was nine or ten, and have always wanted to like mint. I need to look around my stash and see if I can find other concoctions that would make great blends.

Also, as an added bonus, because I especially love sweet tea, this would make a SPECTACULAR iced tea! Refreshing and sweet already! And I think with a splash of lime you could easily turn this into Mojito tea! Pass the RUM!!

Thanks for tuning in friends!

Peace, love and joy!
